Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales at 3001 North Main Street, Hope Mills, North Carolina.

I brought a galaxy S8 from this store. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep the phone so I asked the salesman about their return policy. He said that there will be a 35 dollar restock fee and I will be refunded the rest. Three days later I returned the phone. After I returned the phone I was told a programming fee was added along with the restock fee. I tried calling the manager to get an explanation or some type of store credit because this fee was not explained to me. The manager never returned my phone call so I was out of over 70 dollars.
