T-Mobile at 3020 North Main Street Suite 264, Hope Mills, North Carolina.

So today I noticed that my data was completely turned off and I couldn't make calls or do anything so I went to the Hope Mills location and the guy said that it's because I updated my phone and it's a software issue. So I got home and I noticed that I was only able to make calls or texts on WiFi so I got in my settings and I was able to switch it to I can make calls and text anywhere. the store needs to have their employees trained better.
